HOW MUCH DOES TREATMENT COST?
The cost will depend on the type of outpatient treatment needed. We offer several outpatient services with a range of various costs. The cost will be explained upon initial intake. Most outpatient services will be covered by health insurance. Our facility also offers payment plans and grants for eligible clients who qualify.
DOES ALCHEMY ACCEPT INSURANCE FOR DRUG AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TREATMENT?
Yes. Alchemy is in-network with many major insurance companies. Our Financial Department will call your insurance company to receive your benefits for all outpatient services. Our Financial Department has an understanding of both in-network and out-of-network benefits and will work closely with insurance companies to streamline the process to ensure that our clients receive the maximum benefit available.
DOES ALCHEMY ACCEPT MEDICAID?
Yes, Alchemy accepts each of the five Bayou Health Plans.
WHAT IF I CANNOT AFFORD TREATMENT?
Our Financial Department will provide clients with several payment options for treatment. You will meet with a representative of the Financial Department to discuss your financial status and then go through your payment options.
WHAT PAPERWORK DO I NEED TO BRING WITH MY TO MY INITIAL ASSESSMENT?
The paperwork necessary for an assessment varies depending on how a person is paying for their treatment.
- Insurance clients must bring their Driver’s License or State ID as well as their Insurance Card.
- Private Pay clients must bring valid proof of ID, such as a Driver’s License or State ID.
