Réveiller | to wake up
An innovative, specialized and highly structured program unique to ACER. Combines the Intensive Outpatient Program, Outpatient Withdrawal Management Program, Outpatient Program and Aftercare Group to provide comprehensive treatment for substance use disorder.

Intensive Outpatient Program
Includes 3-4 group sessions per week, family education series, ACERS’s peer guide program, care coordination, individualized treatment planning, psychiatric and nutritional assessment, random urine drug screens and participation in outside recovery support (12 Step).

Outpatient Program
Inter personally focused process groups that assist clients with condition that have contributed to the initial development of the substance use problem. Offered 3 days/week for 1 hour.

Medication Assisted Recovery
Uses pharmacological treatments in combination with our IOP and OP Programs. Provided in the outpatient setting, this service facilitates the easing of withdrawal symptoms and a safe transition to a sustained recovery program

Pregnant Women’s Track
As a separate track of the Réveiller program, pregnant women are provided MAT, coordinated care with an OB/GYN, and counseling specifically for pregnant women.

Aftercare Group
A 1 hour group offered weekly for recovery maintenance. Clients may attend for up to 1 year.

Rapid Screen
We recognize the urgent needs of our clients and have created the RAPID SCREEN to quickly and effectively reach, assess, and treat. It is a multi-dimensional screening instrument based on the American Society of Addictive Medicine’s treatment criteria. in most cases, RAPID SCREENS are provided free of charge.

  • Do you feel like you can’t stop, even if you wanted to?
  • Do you feel normal when you use drugs?
  • Have you ever operated a vehicle under the influence of drugs?
  • Do you get energy from using drugs?
  • Do you ever feel bad or guilty about your drug use?
  • Do you need to use drugs to relax or feel better?
  • Do your friends or family members complain or worry about your drug use?
  • Do you hide or lie about your drug use?
  • Have you ever done anything illegal in order to obtain drugs?
  • Do you spend money on drugs that you really can’t afford?
  • Do you ever use more than one recreational drug at a time?
